Building Effective Teams
It is a myth to believe that when you put a group of people together to complete a task, that they will naturally form an effective team and complete the job on time and to the best result.
There are recognised stages that teams go through – even when the members know each other already – that can be effectively negotiated with experienced facilitation.
At whatever level of organisation hierarchy or education delivery, I work with teams to help them to quickly transition through the stages of group dynamics and at the same time ensuring that they are absorbing the necessary skills that they will need in later stages of achieving their set task – thereby making sure that they have the very best chance of delivering comprehensively and to schedule.
